Based on the contact the Convention Bureau sent us we got in touch with Senator Travel s.r.o. who delivered perfect overall support in cooperation with their partners e.g. venues, hotels, catering companies and engineering company.

Dear Katerina- our feedback is this;

The conference exceeded our every expectation. The attention to detail by Katerina and Barbora was amazing and I have heard no complaints from any delegate about any aspect of the event. In fact, those who attend conferences worldwide said it was the best run and enjoyable event they have ever been to! So, no need to worry on that front!

Things I will remember most;

Friday evening- from trams to walking past the markets to the Municipal House, accordion players- everything worked well and the atmosphere was great. Barbora waiting at the entrance with a smile and a BARTA pull up, a great gesture.

At the conference, little details like there was always coffee available (big plus!) Barbora and Katerina were always there to deal with requests and anything we had forgotten, couldn’t fault their enthusiasm and kindness (even when I asked for exceptional things like flowers!!)

The hotel staff too were very accommodating and dealt with any requests promptly and efficiently. Food was excellent, many comments about that, good selection and plenty of it.

From our point of view, arranging a conference is a new experience so please forgive us if we seemed amateurs! I think what made this extra special was the delegates who were happy and pleased just to be there (this makes everyone’s experience better!)

Saturday evening at the train restaurant felt like it was part of the conference even though not planned! Katerina and Barbora arranged a table for 55 people on a Saturday with next to no notice! Brilliant!

Transport tickets made travelling so easy, great touch.

Our time spent with you at the beginning as well was invaluable, choosing the right location for the evening was crucial and viewing the facility too.

Please pass on our thanks to all the team. For us, what saved us was Barbora negotiating with the hotel to reduce the numbers. Probably won’t need to worry about that again as this will take off, however that was a pivotal point for us and Barbora throughout has been exceptional and deserves huge pat on the back from Senator!

I look forward to our next adventure, Natasha, my wife suggests the next one in Easter (Easter markets!) or summer as Prague will be  very different then so we will see but be assured we will be back in touch if that comes off!
